Airports in six cities across France were evacuated over bomb alerts on Wednesday, local media reported.
The airports affected were in the cities of Lille, Lyon, Toulouse, Nice, Nantes, and Beauvais, according to France Bleu, citing police sources.
Authorities are on the field trying to verify the authenticity of the alerts, the broadcaster added.
The airports’ officials had received emailed threats of bombings, with Nantes’ evacuated due to a suspected package alert.
Airports serving Paris were not threatened, according to media reports.
Several bomb alerts, particularly in schools and museums, have recently been making headlines in France.
