Nigerian Grammy winning artist Burna Boy has invited embattled Ghanaian artist Shatta Wale to a one-on-one brawl to settle any “personal problem”.

The ‘Odogwu’ crooner took to his Instagram story to respond to Shatta Wale’s December 27 Twitter rant where he referred to all Nigerian artists as “upcoming” and “one styled”.

The African giant challenged the Ghanaian artist to a fight, saying “If Shatta or anyone has a personal problem with me, I am still open to fighting 1 on 1 and  squash it after”.

During the rant, Shatta Wale also threatened to stop Ghanaians from supporting Nigerian artists.

“Bring it on and your artiste won’t get that hype they get from Ghana .. I can make that stop ..Don’t dare me. It’s the truth, your artiste come here for numbers before the world can recognize them .. Appreciate Ghana supporting your artiste and stop this foolishness,” Shatta Wale said.

Despite Shatta Wale’s outburst, Burna Boy said he remained committed to building a stronger Africa, saying “Nobody will ruin the unity we continuously try to build for a stronger and better Africa.”
