Gunfire incident occurs on Highway 60 near Hebron, injuring 2 people, including a woman who later dies as result of her injuries
JERUSALEM
An Israeli woman was killed and a man injured on Monday in a shooting near Hebron in southern West Bank.
“A report was received of gunfire on Highway 60 near the city of Hebron,” the Israeli army said in a brief statement.
Earlier on Monday, the Israeli army radio reported that two people were injured in a shooting attack.
Israeli 12 TV channel later reported that the injured woman succumbed to her injuries.
