MOSCOW
Three people were injured in a shooting at a shopping mall in Russia’s Moscow region, the Interior Ministry announced Sunday.
The incident took place at the Krasny Kit (Red Whale) shopping mall in Mytishchi, where an individual got into a dispute with security guards, a ministry statement said.
During the altercation, the suspect opened fire, injuring three people.
Authorities evacuated visitors from the mall as police teams arrived at the scene.
The suspect has been taken into custody.
