JUST IN: Tinubu meets top US State Department Advisor in Paris

President Bola Tinubu on Thursday, April 10, met with the United States of America’s Department Senior Advisor for Africa, Massad Boulos in Paris, France.

The president at Boulos met to discuss issued of regional security as well as way for collaborated with partners to build lasting peace in the Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo.

A photo post made by the US Mission in Nigeria on X said, “State Department Senior Advisor for Africa Massad Boulos met with President Tinubu on Thursday to discuss regional security including working together with partners to build a durable peace in eastern DRC.”

It added that both leaders also discussed issues and how to expand opportunities for economic cooperation between nations across Africa.

Recall that the President departed Abuja on a working trip to France. This president’s trip to France is his fifth visit to the country since assuming office on May 29, 2023.
