Some stakeholders in Akwa Ibom North-East senatorial district have endorsed the re-election bid of President Bola Tinubu.

This was announced in a communique issued at the end of a stakeholders meeting in Uyo on Thursday.

The communique was signed by Effiong Bob, Umanah Okon Umanah, Ita Enang and Enobong Uwah.

The stakeholders also endorsed the re-election bid of Godswill Akpabio and Governor Umo Eno.

According to them, the president has demonstrated an uncommon commitment to positive economic reforms, infrastructure expansion and citizens’ welfare.

The Akwa Ibom North-East stakeholders stated that the economic reforms of the Tinubu-led government had placed the country on the path of sustainable growth.

“President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda has repositioned Nigeria’s economic trajectory, strengthened democratic institutions, and restored global confidence.

“We recognise the president’s bold economic reforms, infrastructure expansion, social investment policies, and decisive governance initiatives.

“We identify with the exemplary leadership of Senator Godswill Akpabio and the sterling performance of Governor Umo Eno. We have passed a vote of confidence on them, and affirm total trust in their capacity, competence, integrity, and commitment to good governance,” the communique stated.
