About 157 Nigerians are on now America’s “Worst of the Worst” criminals arrested for crimes ranging from wire fraud to drug trafficking.

Twenty-four recently arrested brought the number of Nigerians on America’s worst of the worst criminals list published and frequently updated by U.S. Department of Homeland Security to 157 since President Donald Trump’s government intensive crackdown on immigration.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security said its officials and Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents “Are fulfilling President Trump’s promise and carrying out mass deportations – starting with the worst of the worst – including the illegal aliens you see here.”

The 157 Nigerians arrested for crimes ranging from mail, wire, immigration fraud to drug trafficking amongst other crimes, will be deported after serving their sentences in the U.S.

The newly arrested 24 Nigerians added to the list include Emmanuel Omowaiye, who faces a mail fraud charge in Richmond, Texas; Laurene Onwuka, charged with fraud and impersonation in Chantilly, Virginia; Olusegun Shonekan, charged with wire fraud in Newark, New Jersey; Olusegun Olaseni, accused of amphetamine sale in Greencastle, Indiana; Peter Ude, charged with wire fraud in Atlanta, Georgia; and Newton Jemide, facing charges of wire fraud, conspiracy, and mail fraud in Fort Dix, New Jersey.

Also Shedrack Umukoro is charged with money laundering in Yazoo City, Mississippi; Olasoji Akinbode is facing fraud and impersonation charges in Kearny, New Jersey; Oluwatosin Afolabi is charged with fraud in Conroe, Texas; and Alameen Adetunji Tokosi, is accused of drug possession in Chicago, Illinois.

While Joshua Ipoade is facing a wire fraud charge in Atlanta, Georgia; Michael Orjiis charged with weapons violations, fraud, identity theft, wire fraud, false citizenship and money laundering in Oxford, Wisconsin; Ahmadu Apooyin is accused of a drug-related offence in Baltimore, Maryland; Teslim Kiriji is charged with money laundering in Yazoo City, Mississippi; Onomen Uduebor is facing an identity theft charge in Seattle, Washington while Charles Ochi is charged with money laundering in White Deer, Pennsylvania.

Others include Daniel Eta who is facing a wire fraud charge in White Deer, Pennsylvania; Ifeanyi Ibennah accused of cruelty towards a child in Tampa, Florida; Kazeem Runsewe charged with wire fraud in Thomson, Illinois; Fatiu Lawal is facing a wire fraud charge in Lompoc, California and  Justin Akubueze is charged with money laundering in Orem, Utah.

Also, Moyinoluwaseun Okeowo is facing charges of larceny, forgery and concealing stolen property in Orlando, Florida; Babajide Oluwaseun Faseyi, accused of assault in Alden, New York; and Bright Eigbedion, charged with money laundering in Lompoc, California.
