Major General Tari-Timiye Gagariga, Corps Commander, Nigerian Army Corps of Artillery, has enjoined officers and men to uphold professionalism.

Gagariga spoke on Monday during a visit to 302 Artillery Regiment in Onitsha, Anambra.

He warned personnel against taking sides and advised them to always do what is right.

The General told senior officers to provide good mentorship for their subordinates and ensure they observe ethics.

The commander said no matter how difficult a situation is, the Armed Forces must live above board.

“Do the right thing at the right time and cooperate with your sister agencies to maximise professionalism.”

Gagariga warned against partisanship ahead of the November 6 governorship election in Anambra.

“Do not take sides, always ensure there is security and peace in the state.”

The General assured that all complaints would be looked into and resolved in the earliest possible time.
