The lawsuit was filed on May 24, 2021 in Los Angeles.

The popular “Keeping up the Kardashian” reality show star Kim Kardashian has been sued by her former staff for unpaid wages and inappropriate working conditions.

The latest divorcee was recently hit with a lawsuit by seven of her previous staff claiming the media personality failed to pay wages while exhibiting unlawful business practices which included working  overtime without compensation, denial of work breaks and meal time.

The lawsuit was filed on May 24, 2021 in Los Angeles.

According to court documents, the ex-employees further claimed they were never paid on time and had ten per cent of their wages deducted for tax which Kim never handed to the authorities.

The former staff members also stated they were hired initially as full time employees but were eventually treated as “independent contractors” causing them to lose out on other beneficial opportunities.

The online media personality is worth $1 billion presently.
