The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has unveiled a line-up of several elite musicians to serenade supporters at fan parks across during the first official rest day of the Africa Cup of Nations on Thursday.
“Football and music will come together in celebration on Thursday as fans across Morocco are treated to a vibrant line-up of live performances at official Fan Parks during a rest day at the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025,” CAF said in a statement on Wednesday.
At the La Marina Fan Park in Agadir, Grammy-nominated South African singer Musa Keys and Egyptian music brand Sharmoofers are scheduled to entertain fans on Thursday evening. In Fes, Afrobeats star Joseph ‘Joeboy’ Akinfenwa-Donus and Tunisia singer Jenjoon will take over the stage at the Jardin Botanique Fan Park.
Casablanca’s Espace Meteo will witness performances by Soulja and French rapper La Fouine, while Moroccan singer Rafie and music group Oudaden are set to headline the show at second Fan Park, Espace Toro, located in the city.
There are also two fan parks in Rabat, with Malian artist Kayawoto and DJ Moh Green performing for attendees at the Olm Souissi Fan Park as Malian superstar Sidiki Diabaté and Moroccan group Nass El Ghiwane are expected to entertain audiences at Salé Bab El Mrissa.
Meanwhile, In Marrakech, Bab Jdid Fan Park will welcome Cameroonian artist Kocee and Ivorian star Didi B headlines. Tangier’s Villa Harris Park will host VJ and Congolese music icon Awilo Longomba.
The opening acts will begin their set at 8 p.m. before the second set of performers will take over the stage at 9:30 p.m.
