The various categories of winners for the 2022 Nigeria Democracy and Development Awards were announced on Monday, March 14, 2022. The awards recognized the extraordinary contributions of individuals and organizations towards the economic, social, educational and democratic growth and development of Nigeria.
Winners of the Nigeria Democracy and Development Awards were selected through a highly competitive process, by a panel of judges that reviewed the shortlisted nominees in each award category against established criteria of merit and performance metrics. Winners will be celebrated on Thursday 7th April 2022, in Abuja, Nigeria, in an award dinner ceremony.
