Counsels representing Atiku Abubakar, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC), has unanimously agreed to adjourn the cross examination of witnesses.

On Wednesday, the petitioners represented by Eyitayo Jegede had informed the tribunal of the agreement with the respondents, INEC, President Tinubu and the APC, concerning the hearing of the witness.

Mr Jegede told the court that they had agreed to proceed with the examination in chief of the witness and then continue with cross examination tomorrow, June 15, which all the respondents confirmed.

Meanwhile, the petitioners called in one witness for the day, Samuel Odutun from Kaduna state for examination in chief and as agreed upon by all the involved parties to continue the cross examination the following day.

The presiding Justice, Haruna Simon Tsammni, based on unanimous agreement of petitioners and respondents, adjourned the case for the continuation of hearing and cross examination until June 15.
