WASHINGTON D.C.: Deputy Attorney-General Lisa Monaco has announced that the U.S. has seized some $500,000 in ransom paid by a hospital in Kansas, along with others, to North Korean hackers last year.
During a cybersecurity conference at Fordham University in New York, Monaco said authorities returned the stolen funds to victims, including the hospital and a Colorado medical center.
