The All Progressives Congress (APC) has affirmed that a meeting of its National Executive Committee (NEC) will hold on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

According to a notice signed by Ajibola Basiru, national secretary of the party, the meeting is in line with Article 12.3 of the APC constitution.

It is scheduled to begin at 11 am at the party’s national secretariat, located at 40 Blantyre Street, Wuse II, Abuja.

All NEC members are expected to attend.

Already, there are rumours that the meeting will be used to replace Dr Abdullahi Ganduje as the party’s chairman.

Ganduje resigned last week after reports that the APC is wooing former Kano governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso to join the party.
