American singer Justin Bieber will join global music superstars Madonna, Shakira, and BTS to perform at the 2026 World Cup final half-time show.
FIFA and Global Citizen announced the lineup of artists set to perform at the 2026 FIFA World Cup final on July 19 at the New York-New Jersey Stadium.
The ‘Swag’ crooner said, “The FIFA World Cup brings the world together in a way nothing else can. I’m grateful to be part of this Halftime Show, and even more grateful knowing it’s already helping expand access to education for children around the world.”
Organisers described the show as “a singular moment at the intersection of sport, culture and impact, broadcast live around the world”.
The 11-minute show is produced and curated by Coldplay’s lead singer, Chris Martin, with other performances from Burna Boy, Gustavo Dudamel, and PS22.
The half-time show will also feature characters from popular children’s programmes, Sesame Street and The Muppets.
Beyond entertainment, the initiative between FIFA and Global Citizen aims to raise $100 million to expand access to education and football.
The fund has already raised over $50 million through $1 donations from ticket sales at every World Cup game.
